Google Cloud provides Migrate for Compute Engine which makes it easier to move AWS VM to Google Cloud.

The high level process comprises of stopping the VMs in AWS, detaching the EBS volumes ( data from ephemeral or instance store is not migrated) and using the Compute Engine VM Importer to transfer the data to Google cloud VM instance.
